Brewman 1,192
I have the Experia and am quite happy with especially the water resistant quality but the only downside is would be the ideal phone but I can't download Flash player to watch some videos however great camera and decent sized screen. Brewman 1,192
S3 mini. Was weighing them both up before christmas myself and got the wife the s3 mini. Its more powerful which was the main reason I went with it.. When you say more powerful, what apps would that make a difference for? Never thought about that before is all. Malt 379
The s3 mini has twice as much RAM as the experia J. You'll notice the difference when you open an app or switch to another or when you're navigating the menus - The one with the most RAM will load quicker and scroll smoother. The s3 mini also records videos in HD (720p)
Brewman 1,192
Cheers for that Malt will bear that in mind.
