DazAllison1 556
I have a really strong fibreglass shaft which is feather light but its only got a gardening type spade head on it, so I'm going to change it was a roundmouth, I contacted richard carter about 1 and they sent me pics of 2 heads they can do, which 1 you think would suit best? Shootinglife 0
The second one mate as it's slightly smaller with foot treads, brought one about 2 weeks ago with the fibre glass handle, we'll impressed with mine, a good alrounder. Quote Link to post
Squirrel_Basher 17,100
Personally i like to use both ,when the goings good its the first but when a good hard stamp is required you may need the latter . 1 Quote Link to post

fox digger 1,086
first one for me and id weld to threads on it to keep the soles of me wellies in tact! it would be very similar to the bulldog round mouth that we all use around here. can see the advantage of the second one too but when you get down a bit and need to scoop out then the top one would beat the bottom one hands down IMO. 1 Quote Link to post
