Amazing how brown got slagged off so much when at utd lol he does the easiest things awfull and makes the hardest look so easy.

I liked Wes Brown mate. If it wasnt for the long spells he had out injured he'd have been a permanent fixture in your national team IMO.

. Yeh and managers Who have had ten years in the prem and won fook all throw the towel in every time the play a top four side , tactical inept dont get good over night either lol

You can't compare when the big man took over to when Moyes took over........the big man had to totally rebuild the club and team, Moyes took over the finished article.

I think it's easy to view Jose as a bit of a media whore but IMHO he is one sharp manager........I don't think he does anything for no good reason. He is up there with the very best, love or hate him

Morhino could manage anything IMO, from what I've seen and read his motivational skills and leadership, along with his thought process is as good if not better than most, his skills would suit any type of management, from business through to most sports, he comes over as that type of character...

I know a lot was said about him taking over from Fergie, at the time I thought he may hard tried to change too much to soon and the old traditions, habits, and personnel that had done so much with Fergie would be lost, I thought Moyes was the safer bet, keep the ship on the same course I suppose, but coming in and making some big changes have definitely raised some eyebrows, I keep saying time will tell, and I think UTD will give him time, but with the value of the club dropping and the side not performing, along with bad luck and injuries, next season could be make or break possibly....

I think the true test of a man like Mourinho as a pure football manager would not be the Chelseas and Madrids in the elite leagues of Europe and Champions league etc.....but getting a small club like Morecombe or Accrington or someone up the leagues where dipping into deep pockets to get out of trouble is not an option.

Funny old thing fate. If it wasn't for a wrongly disallowed Paul Scholes goal at Old Trafford during the second leg of that Champions League tie on the way to Porto wining the CL we might have never heard of Jose Mourinho!

That's not actually a bad call that Gnasher, I happen to think that makes a lot of sense.

I think that would be a good test of any manager.
