. Yeh and managers Who have had ten years in the prem and won fook all throw the towel in every time the play a top four side , tactical inept dont get good over night either lol

You can't compare when the big man took over to when Moyes took over........the big man had to totally rebuild the club and team, Moyes took over the finished article.

I think it's easy to view Jose as a bit of a media whore but IMHO he is one sharp manager........I don't think he does anything for no good reason. He is up there with the very best, love or hate him

Chelsea wont let Mata go to Trafford without them releasing Rooney, i'd think the Real intrest this morning was simply the bum steer to hurry the job. Tidy player Mata, though the signings that are made now are becoming more important than normal. Did'nt realise till very recently 20 mills was paid for Anderson all them yrs ago, it's one thing having dough but not tossing it off is another.

Jose ain't daft.. United still have to play the teams challenging alongside Chelsea, if we strengthen its in his own interests. Anderson had a lot of potential, he just can't stay off the pasties!

Yeah...fair point Malt but he's also got money and players to trade, you don't give him Rooney and he could wound you at the death of the window with more than two other clubs putting the flag-up for Mata...he's dealing from a strong hand and i think he'll be aware of that.

' Anderson had a lot of potential, he just can't stay off the pasties! '

It must have been an hell of a lot of potential, City did'nt pay a lot more than that for either Silva and Nasri yrs later, whilst being accused of ruining the job.

If Trafford Loan Mata with options but sell Rooney they'll be able to buy Dejong and the bayern halfback

It wasnt just fergie that went from united, it was also the rose tinted glasses of the lines men and referees. And nobody takes any notice when moyes taps his watch. They are playing with eleven players the same as everyone else now.

Nice to watch tho. Taggy.

£37M no a bad deal for a player sitting on the bench.

Arsene Wenger on Mata to United - "It's not fair..."

It ain't meant to be fair, the very reason you sign new players is to give yourself an advantage against other teams!

He was gassing on the other week about not being able to compete with a nation state (sheik rattle & roll)...nobody thought to remind him who sponsors his stadium..and cause the etihad deal was unprecedented ('that's more than arsenals') he had dickie-fit. Wonder if he knows if revenue earners carrying a football club name remote geographically from the club can be used for FFP purposes.
