i have a touch of brown on a full breakfast but yes it does  put tommy sauce on an old 2p coin leave it overnight and it comes up like new i think its the acid content ...

 It's the vinegar mate, or diluted acetic acid to give it it's proper name.. Sauce is full of the stuff..

Mal there is no vinegar in sauce, it's Non brewed Condiment Vinegar has to be brewed.

OK, artificial vinegar then made from petrochemicals instead of bacteria.. We used to use it when I worked in a chip shop in Tenby. It's the same bloody stuff when you break it down chemically, you fussy git!:thumbs:

In fact I've just checked my HP sauce bottles in the cupboard and they contain malt and spirit vinegar. The daddies one contains spirit vinegar. Spirit vinegar is a term that can also be used for your 'non brewed condiment' as well as a stronger, naturally made version.

What?!?!? how can that even be possible?   Bacon is ace! Its one of my few remaining pleasures in life. I have even told the wife that I am making a custom made massive pig in blanket for our chris

Nik_B... This is the result. This was a bit on the lean side, but that's how they tend to breed pigs nowadays. Best bacon I've made was from the pigs cheeks, then BBQ'd and sliced thick, put between

aye malt smokey bacon crispy, cant beat it, dont eat it every day like you though lol

Wish I could eat it every day! I had a cholesterol test a few years back after I gave a few high blood pressure readings. Doctor said it was excellent, or better than excellent when the results come back so I have kind of cast caution to the wind since then. Should really work at keeping it that way rather than thinking I'm OK and can carry on ploughing into the good stuff indefinitely..

Was in a cafe about 5 years ago and they had the tastiest streaky smoked bacon, asked the girl behind the counter for the rest she said there's about 20 pieces left, that'll do says I and scoffed the lot with no bread or anything like that.

Love my meat hopefully getting half a saddleback come easter/may time, hmmm yum yum!!
