Hi mate have you been looking knocking etc its hard round here i live near wakefield been looking for over a year now think most the lands tied up already have shooters i had a few leads but came to nothing, i been advised of some areas to try but havent had the time yet if you drive i suggest trying further afield you may have more luck that way.

alright mate, a mate of mine recently got me some ratting permision at a livery, i have tried around 4 local'ish places but like you say they have lads doing them already, but we just have to keep trying. atb pal

You are welcome mate, if it was me I would approach it like this, I am looking for a bit of shooting, I dont expect it for nothing, so am willing to help out with building/roofing jobs, you may find that you get it for nowt anyway with that attitude/approach, get out and about and dont be afraid to ask anyone, the worst they can say is no, best of luck, oh and dress smart, no cammo, although I am sure you dont need me to tell you that,
