Coming Across A White Rabbit?

Recommended Posts

Took my 3 year old out with my ferret and my beddy whippet .

Ferret bolted 2 from a small set straight into the nets. Then moved into a bigger set with 11 holes only have 10 nets so sat at the remaining hole with my daughter and the dog.

3 bolted from 1 hole within seconds of each other but 1 escaped and 1 caught by the dog..

Last spot we went to only had 2 holes with fresh digging and dropping thought its worth a crack.

The ferret was gone for a good 10minutes with no bolts but on the locator was moving at a fast pace i noticed a bolt hole about 15meters from where we was, so netted it up and then the ferret popped up i thought she was done but she quickly went back down few minutes later several rabbit shot out of the hole id just netted and the dog took after them but they hit the brambles before she could catch any. 1 of them being almost pure white with grey flickers in it?

Ive not been ferreting very long a week to be honest! but ive done alot of shooting on this certon spot of land and the dogs taken a few on morning walks.

Ive seen on here black rabbits

And pale brown but never white?

Never seen a white rabbit. Did it carry a stopwatch? :tongue2:

I did spot a very weird brown and black rabbit once with a diamond shaped mark between its eyes. I figured it must be a domestic escapee or a mixed breeding between a wild and pet bunny.

Did you catch it or spot it?
