Britishbull24 131
Iv got a strong stuff lead and collar set with brass fittings. Really good quality but I had to cut abit of the catch of the brass clip as when my dog was tied up he managed to get loose. It was because the catch on the clip stuck out to far so was catching easily. I have not had a problem since I cut it down. Just something to be aware of of there tied up at a dig. Quote Link to post

CHIP 39
if your set on bellman stuff try blackdog, sure he used to be on here i bought my collars and couples of him years ago and there still in great shape, not your usual crap.im not a fan of the sets that are one unit so went for the heavy collars with the d rings and seperate brass couples http://www.blackdogtrading.co.uk/product-list.php?leather_dog_collars-pg1-cid64.html Edited January 13, 2014 by CHIP Quote Link to post
turnerboi 27
I've had dogs get off the strong stuff couples but the quick release ones. More than once I do had terriers following me down the field when they should be tied up. Luckily never been on a dig as there all in the bike Quote Link to post
Britishbull24 131
Mine did it a couple of times. Luckily never at a dig but since Iv cut the nobbley bit off the clip its been fine. I'm guessing it's just the brass clips that have the problem but Iv never seen the other ones. Quote Link to post
