Locks can be cut off... mesh can be cut... screws can be unscrewed... wood can be hammered... The best you can do is make it take them some time to get the ferrets out... in the hope somebody sees/hears them.... Good hutch security will keep the opportunistic theif out.... but wont keep somebody hell bent on taking them... Quote Link to post

OldhamLad 66 Posted January 13, 2014 Report Share Posted January 13, 2014 This really worries me as ive just moved the ferret cage to the side of the car port at my house where at a distance someone could tell its a cage of some sort , Why on earth do people steal ferrets ? there cheap and the upkeep costs are minimal, its beyond me, such scummy behaviour !
