Budget Shotgun?

Hi there all

Just wanted to see people opinion on cheap and cheerful shot guns?

 

I'm more of a rifle user but am intereseted in a 3 shot semi auto for the odd rabbiting night was looking at revo shotguns and just wanted peoples suggestion or opinions

It it works it is good enough. Fit is more important. So find one at the right price and try it.

The only way to find out is to try some and find out for your self. Many people have the (controversial) hatsan escorts and love them where as others couldn't think of anything worse. its a similar story with most of the other 'cheap' guns really.

 

Personally i don't have any issues with the hatsans but i have only used them occasionally and not long enough to notice any significant problems. In my opinion i like the weblely and scott 812. i have used a few of them and i get on well with the gun. (Still tempted to get one now.)

 

when i was deciding which semi auto to get I took a while choosing which gun to buy but in the end i decided to save and get an sx3 and it has never let me down. Although i was tempted by the escorts and likewise i decided that i was doing enough shooting to require a 'better' and more reliable gun. For people who will be not shooting a lot and will keep their gun well maintained and clean then i think the 'cheaper' guns should not be a problem. so good luck
