Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
Lol . Dont know about the gunlaws in n.ireland.. might need license first? If so thats a pain i the arse. If not get a gun and ask farmers if you can shoot on their land, or join a shooting club. 1 Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Over in Northern Ireland you will need an FAC, mind you then you can have any air rile you like running at whatever power you like! Quote Link to post
Little Irish lad 1
Yes the laws are tighter over here for the obvious reasons lol. Can you keep a gun in a gun club and use it for hunting as well? Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Best thing to do is ask your local Police Station! 1 Quote Link to post
4sight 31
I'm sure that you will find what you are looking for here, but if you need some extra information, I know that there are several Northern Ireland air rifle shooters who post on the Air Arms Owners Club website. I don't want to poach you for another forum but if you don't find what you are looking for, put a post over there. It would be helpful to know just what type of shooting you are looking to do and also whether you are looking to kill God's critters for food or just want to do target shooting. Hope that helps. GSkye 94
Secretagentmole is throwing in some good tips, take note. Personally, I'd go and ask the officials (police/council)- as much as there are reputable people on here, It could only take the wrong information or misguided advice to land you in a lot of trouble. Yet again, if you should do so and gain an FAC and the right equipment/storage, you'll be better off than most on here at your level All the best, Grae Quote Link to post
