Although the charity is your choice this year lads, speaking with the charity and maybe organising with them could help with getting a camp site etc.. Bearing in mind, we had bait supplied, prizes donated, cups made, food and drink supplied by different lads... Leaving it until 1 week before and the. Organising it might not be ideal...
