Dead Eyes 681
I've just thought - it could have all been a rouse to read the chip. If so, fair play. too many dogs going missing of late. If not then its bloody worrying. Quote Link to post

B.P.R 2,798
You cant expect all coppers to remember all laws off by heart.... Even top lawyers need to bury their head in law books.. before advising you.... Theres so many... its just not possible... Some may have fell asleep in the class that was teaching the hunting act ... To be fair... Any ive came across reference dogs/ferrets... have been sound... Misinformed.... but sound all the same... Just dont be a fanny... explain the law... explain what you do... and it may make them see a different side of the coin... If your in the wrong.... run like the fecking clappers ... 3 Quote Link to post

Joe67 239
long as you have permission by the land owner, all that matters? being a licensed pest controler matter?( for any of us ) Quote Link to post
Matt 160
long as you have permission by the land owner, all that matters? being a licensed pest controler matter?( for any of us ) There is no such thing as a 'licensed' pest controller in the UK. Pest control is a legitimate activity regardless of whether it's carried out by a professional pest controller or an ameteur. Cover your ass, carry the paper work and be confident of the law and there shouldn't be a problem under normal circumstances. Quote Link to post
