bugg 84
Given the weather today I decided on a few hours in the barn gathering data on my scope(daveyt) inspired I got a 40yard zero resting, pellet through pellet very happy!(I might add it was with the unbent as fields) the misshapen ones wouldn't hold as tight a group as suggested to try anyway..... I went from 6 mag up to 10mag no problem worked out different mil dots at various ranges all good, go back to 6 mag and zero has dropped by a good inch!? Can anyone suggest why? I got it back to zero again but obviously a lot further around the elevation turret than 10 mins ago, if it helps its an sr6 air Max Quote Link to post
treecreeper 1,136
poi shifting when you alter mag setting, common on cheaper scopes. Quote Link to post
risingfriend 1,042
Sounds like scope is culprit do you have another scope to rule out. Also are mounts solid and straight with no play in them? Quote Link to post

silentshot1 206
How many shots had you taken? Could it have been you took enough shots that you moved out of the pressure sweet spot? Quote Link to post
Danny Fireblade 66
With a full air reservoir my POI is about 3/4" lower than when my rifle is at 125 bar where it's dead on. With 190 bar I'm at 10.43lb ft while at 125 bar I'm at 11.70 lb ft. S410k, .22 and AA field. Quote Link to post
