beast 1,884 Posted January 3, 2014 Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 this sounds like low blood sugar. you can try feeding something realy sugary as soon as the shaking starts and it should stop quite quickly. this will let you know if this is the problem. a simple and effective long term solution is to feed some carbs such as pasta a couple of hours before exercise 1 Quote Link to post
