DannyMc 143 Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 Loakes can be picked up this time of year for a reasonable price,bought a pair for my oul fella a few weeks before Xmas last year an by Jan the price was cut by half,sods law. arcticgun 4,548 Posted January 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 Settled for some Ted Baker brogue boots, proper smart, look well made n comfy as well, time tell on that note, saved fifty bar as well in sales, tried some Loakes shoe style ones as well, again top notch, did not have the style I wanted, so I might get meself a look through that Andersons at Durham in near future for a pair, look well worth the outlay, missus dad swears by Trickers says they worth every penny and he tight as fook so they must be lol thanks again lads 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

But check out a pair of good old Veldtshoen by a good maker either lotus or technic , these are the classic brown leather shoe worn by guns or keepers after shooting , and by british officers in their number twos .
