What Is A Pure Saluki?

smooth vs feathered hmmmm , smooth the dominant gene ,, smoothe s are a regional difference really!! which region is that ?

cannot be meithered with games, which ever catches most is best for me, which ever is purer, more unique, sort after or valuable thats maybe for others to enjoy, each too their own.

 

The extent of my interest is hunting and flushing with them for my birds, any judgement is made solely on that basis, if yours proven better than mine in that area then I would seek to use the lines you have,

One would assume feathered variety more mountain region smooth more desert region, id personaly prefer smooth dogs less tangles too remove than feathered,

I am interested to learn what defines a pure saluki. There seems to be some reliance on KC paperwork, which surprises me. Feathering also plays a part in defining a sal. Stamina, character, construction?

Feathered ears or smooth ears? 6 an 2 3's, neither of them work lol (ie the ears not the dogs).
