Sent a BSA S10 mod yesterday recorded delivery.It was left in the letterbox on the gate,not signed for.Look at the damage the bast@rds have done.

well dont expect any comp from them ive sent 6 letters ,done exactly as they said with all paper work & documents etc ,them lying squirming bastxxds are a law unto themselves, they lost my 400cc rapid bottle all fittings the lot over £100s worth ,,compensation ....i got a book of 6 first class stamps . they have just lost me a fishing rod , £90 i sent everything again reciept proof of postage the lot ,,i got £8.50 postage back , lie after lie i sent them 20 emails just to bug them still never got my comp total utter wxnkxrs

i know its not on but the packaging looks shite .....i sent 3 pictures to a lad on here in glass frames all properley wrapped got there without any damage -----

Told you about preston and Bolton depots where the guys smash anything against the walls just for fun until it rattles, Daves gonna get a spy cam for some footage and put it up on you tube. He says it happens at every depot.

Well i have been in touch with the post office and have told them im getting a crime number for criminal damage.Also the item was sent recorded and wasnt signed for they just left it in the postbox on the gate,despite there being 6 cars on the drive and somebody in.

I have just had a phone call from the fraud investigation team at the post office and i have told them i am getting a crime number for fraud and deception too!. the w@nker from the post office has forged the sugnature as well!.

the item was packed very well with padded bubblewrap!.

The guy who i sent it too says they have had it in a vice to try unscrew it,as it has vice marks on the mod and packaging.Someone will lose their job for this as the post office are treating the allegations seriously.the recipient has lodged a complaint too as he aint happy with them forging his signature.

So its fraud and deception and criminal damage.
