moxy 617
I tend to brush my dogs whenever they look like they need it. Sometimes inside if it's raining outside. Quote Link to post

moxy 617
A quarter past three in the afternoon. Ideally winds between 3-5 mph and coming from the south west ( but this can change. Something to do with the el-ninio thingy ) Light drizzle but not that fine stuff that makes you really wet. Oh!! And not on a Tuesday. Quote Link to post
morton 5,368
Whatever you wish to hunt, bush,or bash about will be there no matter the time, day or weather, some will take the weather into account before they make a foray into the elements, others will take any given opportunity to do the same, especially with family and work commitments.I prefer a cold dry day after a few days of harsh cold and wet weather, rarely possible, just take the opportunities that may come your way, happy hunting. 5 Quote Link to post
Rabbiting man 1,191
In the winter I go out anytime of the day in all weathers. In high summer I tend to go first thing in the morning. Or late afternoon. 2 Quote Link to post

barnslyben 74
Well the best time for me was todaywhen it was pi((ing down because we had 6 dogs out and your everyday dog walkers were not about we had some nice sport plenty about atb BB 1 Quote Link to post
sambo123 594
Just after It's rained or in light drizzle. No wind. As you know a dog relies on his sense of smell when bushing and everything smells more when it's wet. Common sense really. Sam Quote Link to post
slip lead 862
I've heard that early morning juw holds good sent? But I would think the best person to give you sound advice would be someone on here that ran hare harriers/fox hounds/otter hounds as job and not a hobby as hobbys have to fit round every day life Quote Link to post
Blind Hawk 57
Early morning then stay out as long as you can. Quote Link to post
