What knifes are people using for taking breast of pidgeons skinning rabbits etc ??? Im after a new one something reasonably priced as i tend to loose them when out

we have used a normal kitchen knife in the past for the odd pigeon but not good on big numbers.

As potpoacher says opinel cant beat them low cost great knife comes in variety of sizes,they keep a good edge.i keep a size 6 in my pocket and sharpen with bladetec sharpener,never let me down

I'd say the stainless steel is the better option for keeping a better edge
