desertbred 5,490
Dont start on antibiotics unless you know for definite it has an infection, blind treatment with antibiotics especially broad spectrum can mask many underlying conditions. How many days has he been lethargic ? and is he off his food or running a temprature dont start chopping and changing foods or routines untill you know what the problem is . 7 Quote Link to post

He might just be burning through what you feed him. You could increase his food. Though I wouldn't change it. (Actually I'd feed dry food, and water but thats just me.) ATB Quote Link to post
irishdogs 48
My fawn lurcher has been laying up all week, down in dumps and lost weight, I put him inside and as Micky said used dry food and plenty of fresh clean water, and today thankfully he has a bit of bounce back in his step again, maybe working too much plus that weather ain't good Quote Link to post
