fay 75 Posted December 24, 2013 Report Share Posted December 24, 2013 Got a new pup on sunday collie bull hound hes as nervous and runs away when u try rub him and hasnt stoped whining in the last 3 days I had to sleep with it on the sofa with it last night csuse of it never had a pup as bad as it iot will let u near him when feeding but other than that any options to help on this hopefully he comes around Quote Link to post

desertbred 5,490 Posted December 24, 2013 Report Share Posted December 24, 2013 (edited) probably the breeder didn't separate it from the bitch and its litter mates for a few days before you had it, Just sling it down the bottom of the bed for a few days till it bonds with you once it knows its you who provides food and security it will soon settle down.
