Well if you prescribe to the out of Africa theory, then every country in the world is full of immigrants by your assertion! i think its as simple as how or why would you employ someone who can not or will not do the job because of their religious beliefs and the need to impart them same religious beliefs on the country they came to to better themselves, this country has many cultures and religions but only one that hits the headlines daily here and also in virtually every country in the world.
