How Many Knives Is Too Many?

Must be a Wellington thing Grae, no problems here! 5 is more than enough for anyone! I like my knives also but 3 is plenty for me ! Lol

What 3 would those be?

I go to Janes Fishing Tackle in Wellington and each time I go Adam always shows me the shiny knives, like a crow I end up leaving with one ("(-_-) I left with a remmington pocket knife- which had it's uses over Christmas but I've got yet another haha

The knives are:

Opinel No: 6, it does all my game and bunny work. Easy to sharpen with a Blade tech in the field and cheap to emplacement if lost.

 

EKA Swede No: 8 with orange handle, an excellent multi purpose and back up knife, solid built and can take some punishment.

 

Swiss Army Knife - Hunter, kept in the key draw in the kitchen for general round the house used by me and the Mrs.

 

I try to use Janes tackle shop as it's getting better but it's still not great IMO which is a shame because there are a lot of shooters in the area but no decent gun shops!

Is that the Victorinox Hunter? any good for hunting or just a gimmick in the name to sell more?

Jane's is alright if you like fishing haha! although i think they have more of an array of knives than they do rifles- perhaps my problem?

I've noticed other than Jane's, my nearest gun shop is Birmingham and the way wellington is going, they could always open another store for the rifles :-/
