I very much doubt it. Oh yes very much so And said person was also banned from entering an area of Scotland altogether. Make no mistake, an ignorant copper can do a lot of damage. If you're talking about who I think you are then I've heard from a few people that there were HARE found on them or in the motor. I am yet to hear of a single case where someone loses motor or dogs for rabbiting. I would like to see the newspaper report if this had ever happened. Pretty sure there isn't one though. Same thing. Night in cells. Wasting time in courts twice. Then charges dropped. It's part and parcel of the game. But losing dogs and motors for rabbits... Quote Link to post

If it happens again & you're just walking the dog ask the officer for his name/number & the reason he stopped you. Write the time/date/circumstances down & put a complaint in writing for harassment.
