Dan25 87 Posted December 20, 2013 Report Share Posted December 20, 2013 Hi guys bit of thinking ahead I have 2 gills there about 7-8 months old will they come into season this year and is there another way to take them out of season other than mating them I don't have a hob and don't no anyone who has one I don't want to breed them this year but maybe next year when I'm more experienced any advice thanks Quote Link to post
Hot Meat 3,109 Posted December 20, 2013 Report Share Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) They will both come in as the days get longer. You can use a hob that fires blanks or get a jab. You can also leave them in season no matter what you read or others on here will tell you. If you decide to leave them in season try and make sure the cage floor is as clean as possible without going all OCD on it and try and not do it ever year.
