bullx100% 681
If a dog is worrying livestock/evern if its not and is in the field with any livestock it can be classed as worrying and can be shot.a farmer can not sit and wait for you to shoot you dog as they can get done for that but if he sees the dog he can go get his gun and shoot it.....there's an old cnut by me that's shot a few and the police always stick up for him.....theyl take there word over yours everytime as your somewere your not ment be and your dog is off lead..if your dog is on a lead next to you and they soot it theyl get done as that's dangerouse Quote Link to post

Poacherspocket 189
Tbh I think they havnt got a right to shoot your dog if theres no livestock. But 99% of coppers wouldnt even look into it. Last week an ebt bit my attacked my uncles dog when his father in law was walking it and the ebt bit his hand and crushed and broke finger and required stitches. Police interviewed the owner and f****d the case off. So if your dog shouldnt be their in the first place I think they'll just shrug it off. Quote Link to post
