Pip, the Fed has been fighting for our right to continue to work terriers for a good few years now,before and all the way through the hunting bill and since the act was passed,its thanks to the fed that terrierwork was'nt sold out by some of the other fieldsports followers in an atempt to save their own sport, and its because of the fed that we can still work our dogs following the passing of the act,i think thats good enough reason for me to send a few £ their way and i think you'll agree,but if they dont ask they wont get,like i said earlier they could do with a higher profile,but again that costs £

RIGHT WOULD I BE RIGHT IN SAYING THAT MR1 YOU EXPECT LADS TO DONATE MONEY TO AN ORG. WHO DOESNT ADVERTISE THEIR EXPLOITS ,STANDARDS,NO WEBSITE,NO CONTACT ETC ETC..............WHY?DO THEY INSURE MEMBERS?WHAT DO THEY DO?

 

Pip dont be getting confused with this organisation and what you would know as a digging club.

They are a world apart.

I would think that they probably do as much as is possible to be done in their own country given the legislation that exists but would have little to offer anyone hunting terriers this side.

Ah maybe thats why i haven t heard of em they don t have anything to do with us this side,im all on for these club things but have never heard of any of their benefits to anyone ,sorry

Are you brand new to the game? Are you a member of a terrier club? if the answer is no and no, dont ask what they are doing for me me me, do something for your terrier and join a club and press for the club to become affiliated to the Fed. You will then get an insight in to what the Fed does for all.

Only know of one local club ,all decent dedicated lads who have perservered despite really hard timesBUT they do nothing more than me except organise shows,not my thing MR1,you work away at your show thing AND your arsehole comments

Now BUT is a big word for some lol,

BUT when anybody trys to get into contact with NWTF they come up against a brick fecking wall

I and many others over the years have been trying to contact NWTF.

 

Now what im asking is DO THEY REALLY EXCIST?????

Ive had countless phone numbers and contact e-mails with no reply what so ever,

If you join the FMWTC your meant to be part of NWTF,

 

BUT no contact is made

 

So Mr ! would you please kindly tell me and others that ask the same questions, WHY is this?

 

Remember this is a question and a question only, not some kind of slagging match.

Even a 1 sentance answer will do lol.

I dont mean to sound a c**t but I dont see what being a member of a club or association can achieve these days........

Work your dogs , Use your head & you'll be fine................Giving money to unknown quantities who realistically cant do anything if the shit hits the fan does'nt appeal to me anyway , Lets be realistic lads we are all big boys & we all know the score I have been on the sharp end in the past & the people I depended on were the lads I dug with not some fellas I throw a few quid every month , Please dont reply its attitudes like this which have gone against our cause because its not , Drawing attention to ourselves over the years with stupidity & misrepresentation has been the problem..........I have learnt from my mistakes that the only lads to trust in this game are the ones you've handed a spade to when you need a breather.........

When I first got into this lark WILF I wanted to Know the names , I wanted to be part of the clique...............After some harsh lessons and some eye openers I woke up..........I realised that alot of the names had dogs I'd probably pts & were more interested in noteriety & cash than they were in the dogs...!!!...........I realised that the talkers & club boys ........ well....eeeeerrrrrrr......... talked & were in clubs !!!!!!........Dont get me wrong some of the associations mean well but these days are meaningless when push comes to shove........As I have said the people I count on know who they are & that'll do for me...........All the best......T
