There's a lot of bitching about chocs on here lately, it sounds like some chucks came home to roost.

If dogs are bred in bulk for no other reason than colour then what did you expect. It's all in the blood, nothing to do with colour.

I'm glad a few of you messers got stung with shite chasing the DREAM. Thats a few years gone out of your life and a valuable lesson learned.

Blue ones were bred some years back by a well known black breeder

there were some posted on here years back when the mods were digging lads..think one of the US chaps owned them

 

These were bred in the UK late seventies

It's just a gene you can put black to black , black

To red anything but if there is chocolate some where down in the gene it will show at some point so how can you write them off for a colour ?

Theres lads over here churning out blue staffie pups and 1000 euros a pop,and pimping out blue staff dogs to stud for a fair bit of coin too.wonder how long it will be before the peddlers jump on the band wagon and start introducing this blue staff blood into there patterdales?if they havn't already.nothing wrong with a dog of any colour as long as its been selectively bred for its ability and not its appearance,'handsome is as handsome does'

so how can you write them off for a colour ?

nobodys written them off,theres loads of good dogs out there of this colour everyone knows it,the diggings at them that see em as a little revenue spinner and the money idiots pay for the priviledge.personally ive never owned a chocolate coloured terrier.
