muck boots are crap mine have no inside heel, leak like sieves and are ripped to bits and have a tread like slicks, still another season or two in them yet

Some people highly recommend certain welly's, boots etc that work for them, then others who have the exact same boots find the quality in them crap, just a quick example in the link to Uttings for the Aigle Parcours 2, then the guy's review below on Uttings saying that the heels all wore away in months.

Well I'm wearing Chammies, the Country Vibram boot. I've gone off neo lined boots, I find it unnessecary and not worth the extra coin personally. At £85 I really can't grumble, very good sole and light weight!

Forget mucks,,,look at all the negative posts about them,,,on any number of threads on this Site about Wellys,,,,

 

I had two pair,,, different models,,, both the heal lining went,,, one pair went slick on the sole,,, couldn't stand up in them,,,no grip,,, not to mention how heavy those Tay's are,, weigh a ton,,,

 

Agile now,,,, far superior,,, at 120 I think.....

True about the heels inside and also that its difficult to walk across the slope of a wet grassy field, without going on your arse

 

But they are warm and comfy at about 50 - 70 quid.
