Country Joe 1,411
Boarding Kennels do have a down side like having to pay £21 for kennel cough vaccine. plus your boosters have to be up to date, or its no admission. The good thing is, your dog should be looked after, and will be there when you get back. I use them, someone did offer to take him in, but you never know if they would be safe, anything could happen, escape, get run over, etc etc. Quote Link to post
BIGLURKS 874
The trouble with boarding kennels is the story I got told in the pub last week a bloke came in while me and a few other beaters were in he had found a springer running about the road so he picked it up as you would took it home got it cleaned up down the usual thing took it too the vets cheack for microchip see if he could find the owner too return the dog well no luck had no chip so he's wife put it on Facebook hoping someone local knew who's it was well after 3 days the couple that owns the dog were in lanzarote and seen it on Facebook too little did they know the boarding kennels that was looking after the dog had not even tried too contact them too tell them there dog had even run away imaging being away on holiday and the kennels has not even botherd too ring you too tell you your dog has escaped them and run off well that's one reason enuff never too leave a dog at a boarding kennels I suppose Quote Link to post
