Anyone Catching Codling Yet?

Had 12 cod ranging from 3lbs too 6lbs in the net a few weeks back along with 5 big bass and 4 grey mullet

Had two Cod from Hayling Island sea front last week after the storms, But been quiet since!

Are mullet still around to catch in winter mate ?..........always assumed them and bass would clear off to deeper water ??

no we always get mullet all year round, and bass their the two things we get all year...........and sea weed

we actually dint used too get them about 5 year ago you would struggle too see them round here during winter but for reasons of scallop guts being dumped back out too sea they seem too be staying longer some are not even leaving
