Hob&Jill 258
Not a bad DVD, I didnt find it as good as some people say, but a good watch What ones do you consider better that have been produced, amateur or professional then? I wouldnt know, its the only foxing dvd I have seen and if thats the best I think I will leave it that way! Like I said I enjoyed it, a good watch but nothing that blew me away. Quote Link to post
Guest oldskool
some one send one my way please... and any diggin ones not that one with the hunt bolting foxes into nets and shotting with pistols.. or them cockneys digging with about 3 terriers in one hole or the bedlington one... i think thats all the digging ones there is mate... if we could only talk one of our american pals off this site into making one with raccoons and groundhogs and stuff, that would be a class one to have! but they would need to be done in good taste or the BBC will get hold of it ... the merle collies lurchers dvd, to me anyway, was as good as what anybody will get considering its not shot with a huge film crew standing on the hills... the worst bit of amatuer camera-manship is that hare coursing one with billy bruce 'jerry and the pack'... it was 40mins of watching dots running around in the distance Quote Link to post

colliejohn 840
i have watched it several times over, those two collie greyhounds have excellent noses, and must have bags of stamina to work on terrain like that, i understand some of the comments regarding not being the best of fox killers, but there clever dogs who don,t just grab the fox anywhere and get bit, they bied their time till they get a decent hold, and then finish the fox off, i,d rate it 8/10, a decent watch. regards collie john.
