S410 Spiraling Pellets.

Recommended Posts

I have also had a similar problem. when zeroing the rifle the pellets land all round the mark im trying to zero to but live quarry is fine, perfectly placed pellets which hit just where I wanted.

also, I have found that the shots go all over the show when im sitting down but when im standing up I can hit a 1/2 inch wide 1ft tall piece of metal with only o couple of seconds to aim.

am I just weird?

my mate has just bought a second hand aa s410 and is struggling to zero the rifle. he has explained to me that he has noticed the pellets spiraling out of the barrel towards the target. any help please guys???

Hi I had a second hand Titan .22 and the pellets spiraled so I put it on the crono to check the power only to find that the seller of the gun had up rated the hammer spring and tampperd with the valve increased the power of the gun to FAC .

Once this was rectified the gun shot true using AWS superdome pellet on pellet at 40mtr so not only low power but also high power can have this affect hope this helps

what pellets are you using ? If you are using a mod try taking it off

It could be it's over powered and are you using pointed pellets? Pointed pellets in an over powered rifle will spiral.

Try some dome heads or hollow point pellets.

hollow points do the same in my set ups after about 18 yds
