Because I was really relishing the thought of hearing from someone who'd actually done one of the things I most fear! I mean, christ! Can you f**kin imagine the f**king Pain that would cause?! Throw in at least a bit of gasping. Teeth clenching. Neck tendons stretching like wire hawsers. That sort of thing. I'd be brutally disappointed to think someone could, effectively, shoot themselves at point blank range, with one of these new generation of super catties and just shout " F**k! ". Actually, I thing a really grand idea may be if you engineer a way to do it again ~ full force, of course ~ and have somebody film it. It's one of these 'Morbid Fascination' things. Like a car wreck. I'm mortified at the prospect of ever being personally involved. Yet I'd love to be a fly on the wall! Funnily enough; An old mate of mine tried a spot of poaching.
