CBdogsA1 420
As said, you are a stuffer. If I am stuffing I always have 3 shells in each hand (all the same way round) and put 2 in at the same time if needed, not one at a time. I also keep shaking the cartridge bag, this brings the brass end to the top, so easier to pick them out the right way up. If I have a 'mover' I tend to go with him as long as its not to far, at the end of the day he is the man/woman who has paid for the days shooting. If he is a dancer then I hold my ground as they can be a tad erm dangerous. When you get to the first drive ask someone, usually the person who is placing the guns if it's a heavy drive, nothing worse than running out of shells. I am no expert but I do load ( double and stuff ) around 30 days a season. Good luck and enjoy your day. 1 Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,216
Thanks for all of the help and advice! It was absolutely fine, I was stressing for no reason! As said, carts in each hand, shove them down the tube. Apart from that, got to handle the dog. Nice day out. And got to drive a real nice Range Rover. Shoot was over rated however, from what I have seen. . . . Off to a few more places with him over Christmas so should be good. Quote Link to post
