Rspca Making More Money Through Donations, From Publicity

Recommended Posts

it seems that these tactics are normal practice for them to use now, i have very good close friends who have had the same treatment as the man in the article, the people i know, were raided heavy handed like this, as though they were drug barons or terrorists, my friends had done nothing wrong are not connected and no charges were ever brought, although they did have animals and birds and money confiscated for months and months, ( not dog lads like us, they are bird breeders)

did you hear of the golden eagle that was taken and died under suspicious circumstances whilst in their care ?

The golden eagle was taken from A well known falconer to cut a long story short..........it was a wild bird RL had bought back from Scotland after it had a skirmish with his own Eagle.

R L was treating the bird & I think had let Deffra know about circumstances.....

RSPCA turned up & took the bird, at this point it was making a full recovery.........they then killed it in their care.

Eagles are tough birds.......it takes quite a bit of neglect & miss care to kill one.........but they managed just fine.

Of course it was swept under the carpet, other way round & R L would of made national news....

I think I have those details right.

they said they had been x raying the rabbits prior to feeding them for lead shot :icon_eek: , it died in his care after he got it back, lead poisoning if remember correctly

Yep that's right, I forgot he got it back.........their neglect none the less
