Outlaw Pete 2,224
Well, I've actually managed to track down a viable / affordable source of grub for my hoped for canaries. In fact, to be honest, it appears such a good source that I'm now a bit lost! If anyone who knows their canary feeds would like to take a look Here you'll see what's available to me. I have my eye on the Cede stuff. Because it's only a Kg box, so it won't go stale before two birds can get though it. Reassuringly expensive too! Vitakraft looks good. Hagen? Conditioning seed. How about I just buy the f**king lot and let the birds decide. I have four feeders for them. Any advice or suggestions appreciated. Thanks
gnipper 6,522
Just get a good quality mixed canary seed and give them wild greens as/ when available and they'll thrive.
