Froch: No Groves Rematch..

as a fight fan I`d love to see him fight groves again ----- I`m looking at it from frochs point and what makes sense to him ...

 

" making sense " is not what warriors who fight anyone do though mate he cant have it both ways....i remember him saying in interviews " i avoid no man "......he even told Calzaghe to come out of retirement saying " its only boxing "...............its an attitude thats not so easy to have when your on the way down though

 

I have a lot of respect for Froch and i know where he,s at career wise.......but theres plenty of people who will just say what they see and it does look like he,s avoiding Groves..

 

A very good friend of mine whos been in the game a long time once said " The same people calling you a hero on the way up......will be calling you an arsehole on the way down " .........always stuck in my mind that.

 

the Kessler and groves fight in the same year would of took a lot out of him if he`s after a final pay day fair enough he`s earned it imo as much as we`d like to see it why go to war with groves when he don't have to froch is worth if you believe it over 20mill ---- he owns land property and industrial estates ----- 2 years time he`ll be forgotten in boxing terms .. I`ve seen most of his fights live and what you see is what you get he puts it on the line gives 100% everytime =====i avoid no man how many fights do you think he`s got left in him gnash he`s not avoided anyone till now but the plan always was groves and a rematch with ward ....... word round the gyms here is he`ll announce his retirement in January

cant blame froch he getting on a bit I don't think you can knock him he never ducked no one in his career, and he allways puts on a show he limited in skill but what he got he uses well. if I was him good pay day and hang them up, he fought bad against groves but I think if the ref didn't step in it was over in that round. froch a stayer like a saluki lol never count him out comes on strong the second part of fight. I allways enjoy watching him fight...

A saluki if you want to compare Froch to a dog ....he is now a fox only dog after his last outing

froch v grove who he has already beaten. then froch v ward whos already beaten froch. hows he afraid of a man hes already beaten but wants to fight the man whos already beaten him. that's balls in my mind

It makes you wander if froch is doing it out of spite. He would rather the titles go to america rather than give groves the pleasure of winning them. If i was groves i would tell froch bxllxcks if he wants a rematch after hes lost his titles to ward.

He believes he can win against ward otherwise he wouldn't go over there if did win he ends he's career as one of the great British fighters if he loses he go's out on his shield can you say the same thing if he fights groves again? I don't think you can

I dont think he does think he can beat ward its just an easier way out because hes expected to lose. Plus he wont take as much of a battering against ward but still gets the same money. At the same time not giving groves the satisfation of becoming champ.

if groves forgets froch--whats dones done fights say Kessler april time he could be fighting for a world title this time next year ....ward an easy way out for froch ffs -------------------- now if your talking someone right down the rankings at forest ground in front of an home crowd and retire then yes id agree that's a kunts way out ....lets not forget wards the best in the division ... have some of you really fallen for this boxing warrior talk/hype ----------------did ali ever float like a butterfly or sting like a bee ---did mike Tyson ever eat anyones children....

feck all wrong with that pat if he gets paid well for what he does fair enough --its 2 men in a boxing ring he`s not holding anyone to ransom -------no fans no team mates ---------greed call it what you like it all changes when you step under the ropes ....

that vid is very 1 sided..... like ive said I was a big froch fan but saw the fight for what it was .....very close to a fix ....with the ref stopping it and the score cards......Froch is just an echo now ....I remember him last year he said he was a legend and better than ..Ben ,Eubank ,Collins & Calzaghe

I think " legend " is one of those silly words that get thrown around but i do think Froch can be placed alongside those names......apart from Benn,as a fan id rather watch a Carl Froch fight than any of the others he gives value for money and until now has avoided nobody and always strived for the biggest fights out there........that should always count for something.

Personally i think he will get beat next time out against any of the top opposition he is getting noticeably worse over his last 3 fights and was very lucky to come out on top in the Groves fight.
