banter @ to answer your question .. I was over in hamburg 7 or 8 times from a Friday till a Monday , while the pup was efectivly still outside u/k quaranteen law . . I enjoyed the best of hospitality , best of food and drink , and the company of some fine folk ,

The arabs that bought the dogs have got more money than sense , All English bred racehorses are descended from 4 Arabian bred thoroughbreds but the Gadolphins and the Makdhoums like to in mport English stock because they can Go to the saluki Centre in ABu Dhabi the guy who runs it is the Arab equivalent of Hancock but you will not find one cross or any English stock in his kennels The lines that go bacl literally hundreds if not thousands of years dont import stock simple. the ones that are being brought in are by the idiots who like to course in 4x4,s and wouldnt know a good dog if it bit thier arse hence seeing them coarsing a desert hare with 6/8 dogs even gazzelle are run to death by them in the jeeps with up to a dozen dogs in pursuit these are the tossers that do the importing certainly no COO breeder of anystanding will import a x to put to thier stock think that answers your question.The track dogs that are taken over from here for running in the Emirates usually have a running career of around 1 year before the climate takes its toll, Cars are imported from UK why ? Its not because they are manufactured here but because it is a status thing. Wrangler Jeans are made in Dubia but the rich youngsters buy them from London and USA why , so they can say we bought these in UK not because they are any better .
