Gaz_1989 9,539
Just took a collar to a lad who is buying it. Mk1 micro. It works 100%. Tried it with his box and it's way out. Not picking the collar up at 2 feet until box is on 6 feet. Surely this is his box that's out of calibration? He reckons the box worked perfect today with his mates collar. I thought the collar just sends the signal, either works or it doesn't? Thanks Gaz Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
Cheers lads. Brand new battery. The collar works perfect with my box. I was pretty sure it would be his box. The lad is a well known messer Quote Link to post
The one 8,479
If you get a problem with a collar all you can do is clean the terminal head but that wouldn't, put the depth out like that as you say his box needs recalibrating Quote Link to post

PETEWINN 5
Collars either work or they don't so would put it down to the box. Is he using a 15ft box where he needs to half the reading from 6ft to 3ft which when you allow for calibration differences could be 2ft. Quote Link to post
