thought as much mate im used to being pulled anyway as im from mersyside but f**k losing the car and dogs for a night out just not worth it

A mate got caught coming off land with a lamp & battery & dog & they seized the lamp & accussed him of poaching.Didn't arrest him or convict him but hes having a job getting his gear back.Hes spoken to a solicitor & he said they must return my mates lamp& battery as either than trespass theres no proof of any offence. What do you boys think?

see the tresspass they can prove but unless they have proof of coursing they carnt do shit well in theory but it seems there a law unto themselves now and just do what they please think theyve been told to disrupt any way they can so by taking the lamp theyve ruin his night no more lamping atleast for the night anyway

thats what they do they f**k you around when they have no case then they will say they have lost his gear i put money on it i built a landrover up with new frame the works the police took it for over a year and went to court over this and the judge said there was no case to answer to gave the coppers a good bollocking wankers but they made it very hard for me to get my landi back and said they had lost it ??? i got it back in the end with every pannel damaged from the c**ts and each panel was brand new so my gues is they will do the same

well theyve impounded the lads car and has to pay 120quid a day for what its been there they also have to o to goole police station to collect there dogs what fcuking messers the dirty tawts
