it's like living in some kind of stasi state. This country has completely lost the plot of what is important.   And I expect the anti's and the police are delighted with their efforts in pissing us

Innocent until proven Guilty is the bedrock of English law and the democracy we live in,in the real world its a crock of excretement, its easier to sift through shite looking for a shiny penny than it

Isn't it misuse of power saying they are not allowed in that area ?? Who are they to tel ya to keep out no single copper can say it surely to god if its the case I would seek legal advice

think its called intent mate when you are caught in another county with dogs its a joke but seems to be the norm now alot are getting pulled

They simply run a vin check, and if the registered owner is from out the county, motors full of running dogs, etc, they put two and two together and come up with poacher ! If the owner is local, they wouldn't pull you.

Don't matter local or not I live Lincolnshire an I still get pulled. They see a dog in the back they pull you probly got nothing better to do don't think that dog that got dumped other week helps matters

They give you a ASBO type summons then if your caught in the area again while under the ASBO they have the power to confiscate vehicles, dogs etc.

Its not up to them to prove your guilty but you to prove your innocence, they can stick you with "going equipped" theres lots of grey areas but they know they can hassle you and get away with it.

Sad times for genuine lads but thats how it is these days.

Something more to this, I got pulled on Monday night. Copper told me he was part of an anti poaching team, he went right through the landrover and asked if we had any deer or hares. he checked our rabbits looking to see if hares were hidden in them then that was it, didn't even ask if we had been on permission. his word were " we are not worried about people after rabbits only deer and hares"
