Cutting A Moving Card...first Attempt...

Gave this a bash... was at about 28feet?...with 12mm steel

 

Problem was... the card was suspended on string... and once the ball hit the edge if the card... the power was absorbed by the string... and it didnt cut... unfortunatley.... but torn it halfway through...

 

In the picture ill post next (wont let me post pics and videos together) ... you can see where the ball 'stalls'... and drags the card a little...

 

Maybe some smaller...quicker ammo is the answer.. or a rigid 'jig'...so the card can move side to side... but not forward/backwards....

 

Who knows? :laugh: ...

 

Its good to try different things... not everybodys cup of tea i know.

 

And no ross..... this ISNT the video with my knob out we shot :laugh :...

Thank f**k!! And thank f**k I'm not a fish either or I'd have been put maggots for life! You would've been gutted if I had got it with my first shot eh? :laugh:

Good first shot :yes: ....

 

Bit lower and you would have twanged it!

some shot that mate do you kill alot of game with the catapult im going to order one from you after xmas just for mooching about with the dogs theres always plenty of crows and pigeons round here to have a pop at
