NS is out of terriers now.I know nothing of terriers, nothing, I know little of shows . I do know a little about stockmanship, IC has it, I've never seen him turn a dog out in less than 100% in all aspects, for me this sets his stock apart in the ring against dogs of similar conformational soundness that have had less attention lavished on them.that and as has been said some judges lack strength of conviction.or I might just be talkin sh*te.

. Seriously though Nowt the matter in having pride in what you keep Like you said there allways 100% turned out.

I don't understand all this hype and talk about this 'Church' line of Lakelands, I live in the next town from him and hand on heart I've never heard anyone around me mention the line never mind own one! It seems this internet likes to make (and slate) hero's! I hear he's in the hunt job now so must be working the little dogs to some extent at least.

That's mainly because Ian doesn't like letting them round the doors mate,as they will probably end up running the streets or just end up in muppets hands as that happens a lot.when he breeds a litter he runs them on for a couple of months then lads up and down the country gets them as they've ordered a pup off him.

Thing is, its the terrier section thats really dying on here and to many, including myself, its the most interesting bit.

thats the trouble with this site mate knobs and antis feel for the genuine guy's people putting picture up I couldn't if I wanted to workers don't look the best not good advertising is it not all are marked up thats ok just there enough people against us all ready but it seems there every body against every body sum bitter people about shame really

Thats right people, 5 years or so ago the section had some good people on, and some great days and pics put up.

Constructive comment was and still is nice, but who does ask and post, theres still only a few who ask or give decent comments.

so lets stop all the bitching and bad vibes and start getting on and stick together, as one whole team of terriermen and digging lads/lasses lets make the section worth looking and contributing.

 

The old patterdale sires were the best forums for terrier people and they got ruined, some members are still on here, me for one, lets make it real and help each other, days out, breeding questions and decent pictures.

OR make it a VOUCHED only area for the decent ones left.

So many names that used to post are missing and I'm not taking greenhorns that make a newbie posts, but proper men . The European lads wasn't there a lad from Sweden that used to dig big uns legally with jrt ? The Americans that dig coon and even a Korean lad that dug to hes black uns . A lot of names just don't post . What's happened to bobby blackheart I always reading hes post ? Shame really with the amount of good men that work terriers from around the globe this place should be buzzing!

I reckon the main reason nobody writes about there days out or so fort is because of the way the laws have changed and too many unwanted guests reading the threads.There will always be agro between hunting folk let it be lurchers or terrier men-women but most of it is just macho shit,you soon get to know who does abit with there dogs and who does f**k all,in the field they cant lie.
