alright my whippet twisted its wrist on one leg i took it to the vets because it was swollen he said it wasnt broken and gave me antinflametries but this was about 2 months ago and since then she has done it twice more will she ever run again or how long does it take to heel thanks kev

2 months = roughly 8 weeks and its done it twice since it needs at least 6 to 8 weeks to even begin to come right

you need to go to a greyhound vet get it xrayed the wrist is made up of lots of small bones and tendons good luck

Has said go to a greyhound vet and get it xrayed. Wrist injuries are finnishers if you mess about. Not enough rest is usually the undoing of any injury treatment.
