lifelong cumbrian 1,826 Posted December 2, 2013 Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 As said it really is best to have a marking dog, I think the ferret should expect a rabbit at home every time it is put to ground, they work far better like this. If they are constantly run in unoccupied sets they get to not looking correctly. As for the kits if they are just 7 months I would not write them off until next season, plenty of time for them. I always take my dog with me, would hate to be placing nets down for nothing. Just my personal opinions mate. Quote Link to post
