jamesy 0 Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 (edited) am looking for a digi cam, round £200 mark.. am looking for this type of cam. fuji s6500 i can get on for about £140 olympus e500d slr refurd £199 olympus sp55ou2 £279.. what do you think about these cameras. does anybody have any views on theses or know of any good cameras on the market.. i would prefer to buy from a shop and dont mind paying a bit more then internet prices , as if theres any hassles i can good straight back and play f*ck.. thanks Edited September 13, 2007 by jamesy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Bush Rummager 4,706 Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 (edited) just been in the same situation myself Jamsey, was advised by a chap in the know to go for a CANNON G7, paid £240 odd for it, quite high spec for a compact, only had it a week so not sussed it out yet, bloody lot of buttons and dials though anyone got one of these? maty j 6 Posted September 14, 2007 Report Share Posted September 14, 2007 ive got the 350D. top camera imho. standared lens is allright but obviosly lacking zoom so ive got a 75-300 usm mk2 on it now. a bit slow AF but good image quality. try ebay, theres a canon shop on there that do refurbished ones with a 12month gurantee on them i think. paid 300 for mine a while back would imagine they have come down abit since then with the 400D out now aswell. have a look, think the seller was canon uk or something like that. cheers, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
