Lurcher Pup Legs Are Bowed ,bent And Knucking Over Help Please Asap!!!

My ten week saluki bull grey has bowed/ bent knuckling over front legs, she was fine a week ago and this problem has developed since I am leads to believe it is a calcium deficansy , I am feeding her beta pup food, not cheap sh#t, can any one shed any light on what to feed her and what to do to fix this issue. , thanks lk.

Rickets quite possibly and nothing to do with you buddy if you bought it in....do the right thing matey as harsh as that may sound unless you intend not working the dog? Sorry but im being blunt and saying it as it is..all the best fella whatever wsy you go.

Has got ricketts mate get some calcium into it and rest it up feed it fresh meat you might have to strap its legs for abit i had it last year had a posh x bulldozer pup back the lad didnt feed it right it had lost weight from when it went not saying your not feeding it proper and plenty of rest hope that helps and blue top milk.

take it to the vet, there tell you regards food+ exercise to give it, speak to the pro's 1st ,then on here

change it over to a 22% protein adult mix with the additional vit c capsule

A lot of pups can get this and it's no big deal ... reduce the protein level ... Put the pup on a fresh meat diet and ease up on its exercise for a couple of weeks .........

its no big deal get some codliver oil that will sort it in a few days if its the rickets nothing to worry about hope this helps

it will be right in 2weeks lower protein as already mentioned and confine him a bit with exercise :thumbs:this pup was the same at 8/10week

My pup had this. I put it on low protein dry food for a fortnight and it was sorted.

Why are you saying that the pup i had back from the litter i bred was fine in 5 days thats running fine on big land only because the fella that had it didnt feed it right after he had it left me at 11lb came back was 8lb all it needs is rest and decent food it will be fine.
