socks, you want to get one of those hole punches and put some holes through the tongue, that will stop them..... :blink:

It's worse when you do that as the wind whistles through the holes when they run fast .......

I cant have any noise, I would put up with one or two (but no more) yips on first chase (only the first chase) but anything more and I would pet home the dog.

 

I also would not go hunting with a mate if he had a yapper , draws attention and spoils the run for me :-(
